Complete one of the forms below to authorize NJFCU to debit your existing checking or savings account (at another financial institution) and to credit those funds each month towards your Account or Loan at NJFCU. This form must be completed, signed and mailed to NJFCU at 711 Union Blvd. Totowa, NJ 07512 Attn: Electronic Services. You will be notified the day/date of the first transaction, and thus, any subsequent transactions, are scheduled to occur. You will NOT be notified of each transaction; rather, each transaction will be listed as an electronic record line item on your account statement(s).

Note: This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until NJFCU has received written notification of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford NJFCU and DEPOSITORY a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Written notifications should be sent to NJFCU headquarters.
